AI usage notice

1. What AI may generate

• Document summaries and translations.
• Document category suggestions.
• Extracted dates, amounts and reference details.
• Suggested household people and actions.
• Possible response recommendations and drafts.

2. AI can be wrong

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, mistranslated or inconsistent with the user’s intentions. Users must compare important output with the original document before relying on it.

3. No professional advice

AI output is not legal, tax, financial, medical or other professional advice. Important decisions and deadlines should be independently verified, and qualified professional advice should be obtained when appropriate.

4. Draft responses

Suggested responses are drafts only. Organizy does not send emails, letters, portal messages or other communications automatically. The user is responsible for reviewing, correcting and intentionally sending any response.

5. Data sent for analysis

Document content and limited relevant household context may be sent to OpenAI through its API when analysis is requested. Users should avoid uploading information that is unnecessary for the intended household task.

6. Sensitive documents

Documents may contain financial, identity, health, family or other sensitive information. Users should upload a document only when they are authorized to process it and genuinely need the Organizy features.
