Private beta
Privacy notice
This notice explains how the Organizy private beta processes personal data and household documents.
Last updated: 22 October 2026
1. Controller and contact
Organizy is currently operated as a private beta by Tarik Riaz, Switzerland.
Privacy enquiries, correction requests, access requests and deletion requests can be sent to immo.tariq@gmail.com.
2. Information Organizy processes
- Account information such as name, email address, language and household membership.
- Household information, people, relationships, tasks and reminders entered by household members.
- Uploaded documents and associated metadata.
- AI-generated summaries, categories, extracted data, actions and proposed responses.
- Security, audit and technical information required to protect and operate the service.
3. Why information is processed
- To create and secure the user account.
- To provide the household organization features.
- To store, display and analyse documents at the user’s request.
- To generate summaries, suggestions and draft responses.
- To prevent abuse, investigate failures and maintain service security.
- To respond to privacy and support requests.
4. Service providers
Organizy uses specialist providers to operate the private beta:
- Supabase for authentication, database and document storage.
- Vercel for application hosting and delivery.
- OpenAI for document analysis and AI-generated suggestions.
Information is shared only as needed to provide, protect and maintain these functions. Processing may involve countries outside Switzerland or the user’s country, subject to the safeguards offered by the relevant provider and applicable law.
5. AI processing
When a user requests document analysis, relevant document content and limited household context may be sent to OpenAI through its API. Organizy does not use AI suggestions as final decisions and does not send proposed communications automatically.
More information is available in the AI usage notice.
6. Retention
Account and household information is retained while the private-beta account is active and as reasonably required for security, recovery and legal obligations. Deletion requests are reviewed carefully because household data may also belong to other household members.
7. User choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, users may request information about their personal data, correction, export, restriction or deletion. Users can already export structured household data from the Account page. Other requests can be sent to the contact email above.
8. Security
Organizy uses authenticated access, household-level authorization, row-level database security, private document storage and restricted server credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Private-beta changes
This notice may be updated as Organizy’s features, providers and legal structure develop. Material changes will be communicated to active beta users.
