Last updated: 22 October 2026
1. Operator
The private beta is operated by Tarik Riaz, Switzerland. Contact: immo.tariq@gmail.com.
2. Beta service
Organizy is an unfinished test service. Features may change, fail, be suspended or be withdrawn. Users should keep independent copies of important documents and information.
3. User responsibilities
- Keep account credentials confidential.
- Upload only documents the user is authorized to store and process.
- Respect the privacy and rights of household members and other people mentioned in documents.
- Verify AI results, deadlines, amounts and proposed communications independently.
- Do not use Organizy for unlawful, abusive or security-testing activity without authorization.
4. AI limitations
AI-generated content may contain errors. It is not professional advice and must not be treated as a guaranteed interpretation of a document. The separate AI usage notice applies.
5. Availability and data loss
The private beta is provided for evaluation without guaranteed availability, uninterrupted operation or permanent storage. Users must not rely on Organizy as the only copy of a document or as the only reminder of an important deadline.
6. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended to protect users, investigate misuse, maintain the service or end the beta. Where reasonably possible, users will be given an opportunity to export relevant information.
7. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the privacy notice.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated as the private beta develops. Material changes will be communicated to active beta users.
9. Applicable law
These private-beta terms are governed by Swiss law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to the user.
